Female student killed in Sokoto for blasphemy
The brutal murder of Deborah, a female student who is claimed to be a Christian, has provoked outrage among Nigerians on social media.
Deborah, a female student at Shehu Shagari College of Education, is said to have been murdered for supposed blasphemy against Prophet Muhammed (SAW).
An upsetting video of the lady being stoned, attacked, and burned to death in the school grounds is currently spreading online.
Her assailants then filmed the heinous crime and broadcast it on the internet. See here
As a result of the incident, the school has been closed indefinitely, according to an online letter.
